Council Minutes & Agendas

Council holds a Regular Meeting once a month, and Special Meetings as needed. Meetings are held in the Council chambers in the administration office and are open to the public.

• Regular meetings are normally held on the third Monday of each month at 6:30 pm, but are subject to change.  Meeting date/time changes will be posted on the website.

To address Council on a specific issue, or to submit an item for the meeting agenda, please contact the CAO at least one week prior. The issue must be clearly stated in writing to allow Council & administration to prepare for an informed discussion.

Agenda: The full agenda is posted 48 hours before the meeting and will be available below.

Minutes: are “unapproved” until Council’s review and acceptance at the next meeting.
