Parkland Beach Marina Association – Boats Slip in Marina – seeking input

The Parkland Beach Marina Association:

• The Parkland Beach Marina Association is looking for input regarding the creation of a ‘Private Marina’, similar to the organization currently operating at Birch Bay.  This model is based on the purchase of equity shares in the Marina with yearly maintenance fees.  The ownership would be limited to SVBP property owners.
• We are looking for community feedback to see if there is any interest in those owning property in Parkland Beach; to possibly purchase a slip in the Marina.
• The current funding estimate to build the Marina is approximately $180,000.⁰⁰ which would put the individual purchase price at around $10,000.^00.  Yearly maintenance fees are yet to be determined but would likely be $150-300.
