Property Taxes are due on June 30th, annually. Property owners may choose to make a monthly payment to spread out this expense, however the total tax amount must be calculated to arrive before the deadline.

Payments are accepted at any time throughout the year by Online Banking (via most banks and credit unions) or by cheque (post-dated cheques are acceptable). RBC bank is not currently set up for Online Banking, but an e-transfer may be arranged.

When setting up your Online Banking for Summer Village of Parkland Beach tax payment, you may need to add a “zero” before your tax roll # in order to have a 7-digit account.   e.g. 0374 _ _ _

Penalties for overdue taxes are:

  • 15% on current tax owing – as of 4 pm on June 30
  • 18% on total tax balance – as of 4 pm on December 31
  • When paying online, please allow 3-5 business days for processing
